Trevor Light - Chief Executive Officer
Trevor has over 35 years’ experience in handling aviation claims as a leading underwriter, a major broker and as a loss adjuster. He has occupied managerial and director level positions in all of these engagements. Before joining GAB Robins Aviation he was General Manager and Director for Airclaims Group (1998-2000) and Technical Services Director responsible for Claims, Risk Management and Contracts and Leasing at Willis (2000-2005)
Trevor joined GAB Robins Aviation in 2006 from which time he has overseen a period of unprecedented growth in business activity and development.
His current goal is the continued expansion of the business into new service areas and geographical territories whilst developing and improving the level of service offered to existing clients through the strategic investment in expertise, systems and operations.

Lu Lemanski - Former Director / Principal Surveyor
Lu was instrumental in the creation of Robins Davies Aviation in 1990 and served as Director until 2007.
He spent 15 years with British Airways in various roles including Ground Engineer (Heavy Maintenance), Design & Development Engineering and Flight Engineer. In 1981 he became a Surveyor & Adjuster then Senior Surveyor with Lloyd's Aviation Department (LAD).
Lu continues to support the company in an advisory capacity providing unparalleled knowledge and experience of the aviation insurance market.

Chris Wright - Chief Operating Officer
Chris Wright is responsible for all company financial and operations functions.
He began his career in 1986 as a Business Reporting Manager with the UK Post Office. After qualifying with the ACCA in 1997 he joined Midland Bank as a Senior Management Accountant and was awarded ACCA Fellowship. In 1998 he moved into the insurance sector as Group Management Accountant with Royal Sun Alliance Insurance.
Chris joined the GAB Robins Group in 2001 when he became Head of Management Accounting for GAB Robins UK Ltd. He joined GAB Robins Aviation in 2004 first as Chief Financial Officer, then Chief Operating Officer.
Altogether Chris brings 24 years of financial and managerial experience to GAB Robins Aviation and his skills have been instrumental in the growth and success of our global operations.

Christina Firth - Global Claims Coordinator / Head Office Manager
Christina has over 30 years administrative and managerial experience in the insurance market.
She joined company at its inception as Robins Davies Aviation in 1990. She was then able to extend her aviation insurance market experience as Aviation Claims Manager at Matthew Bolshaw & Partners in 2002 and then as Assistant Claims Manager with Hayward Aviation from 2003.
She returned to GAB Robins Aviation in 2007 in a pivotal role managing our expanded London Head Office and also acting as Global Claims Coordinator. Her goal is to ensure the most efficient and effective claims handling procedures across our global network, thus providing the most cost effective solutions for our clients at all times.

Nic Stratta - Chief Operating Officer (North America)
Nic has over 30 years of experience in a range of aviation claims roles including adjusting, broking and managerial positions. He commenced his career in 1978 with Lloyd's Syndicate 173 becoming Deputy Claims Manager. In 1995 he joined Westminster Aviation Insurance Group, which became part of Allianz Marine and Aviation, and then left his position of Claims Manager in 2003, relocating to Singapore to take up the position of Regional Manager, Asia Pacific with CTC Services Aviation.
Following a spell with Lloyd's Broker A.J. Gallagher Nic joined GAB Robins Aviation in 2007 and relocated to the United States where he has called upon his in-depth knowledge of the aviation insurance market and his strong managerial skills to take on the management of all our North American operations. In this time he has overseen unprecedented growth in the region and established the largest independent specialist aviation adjusting and survey company in the U.S., Aviation Light Services Corp, a subsidiary of GAB Robins Aviation Ltd.
Nic's goal is now to capitalise on the successful expansion of business in North America and our growth in high quality claims handling capability by using these considerable assets to further increase our presence in the region.
